1. General Policy Overview
We value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality security and surveillance products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is outlined below to ensure a fair and transparent process.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Unopened Products: Items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Defective Products: Items with manufacturer defects or damage upon arrival can be returned within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be in brand-new condition and include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- For defective or damaged items, evidence (e.g., photos) must be provided to validate the issue.
4. Return Process

- Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Refunds or replacements will only be processed after inspection
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or installed (unless defective).
- Software or licenses (once activated or downloaded).
- Customized or special-order products.
- Items damaged due to improper use, installation, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Refund Options
- Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Ineligible returns (e.g., opened non-defective items or missing parts) will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange.

10. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@ytech.com.my.
11. Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:99,Jalan Goodview 5, Goodview Heigths, 43000 Kajang, Selangor.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
