On-Site Service Repair (Excluding Part Replacement & Original Software)
Our professional on-site repair service ensures your devices are up and running with minimal downtime. This service includes diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fixing any technical issues directly at your location. Please note that the repair cost covers labor only and does not include the replacement of hardware parts or original software. If part replacement or software installation is required, it will be charged separately.
Service Includes:
- On-site diagnostics and troubleshooting of device issues
- Repair of common software and hardware malfunctions (excluding parts replacement)
- Expert technician visit to your location
What’s Not Included:
- Hardware part replacements (e.g., screen, motherboard, battery)
- Installation or updates of original software
Service Time and Additional Costs:
- Maximum service time is 2 hours. If the job exceeds this timeframe, additional charges will apply.
- Any time spent beyond the 2-hour limit will be charged at RM 70 per hour.
- Additional costs for any required replacement parts or software updates will be quoted and agreed upon in advance.
